May 2023- Garden strolls and Sunset Gazing

May is Stress Reduction Month!

The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and, you guessed it the bird are chirping this spring. But most American's don't have the luxury of enjoying the beautiful spring weather on a weekly basis. This is due to our 'Work hard, play eventually...' mentality. Most of us see the sunlight through our office window (if we are fortunate enough to have one). This can lead to increased feelings of stress and anxiety! Yikes! Science shows that spending time outdoors has incredible benefits on our over all physical and mental health.  Sometime the solution to your problems is a simple as... Slow down and smell the roses! This month we are featuring our favorite garden strolls as well as the best spots to catch a sunset.

This is a fun local tradition that all are welcome to partake in.
