The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and, you guessed it the bird are chirping this spring. But most American's don't have the luxury of enjoying the beautiful spring weather on a weekly basis. This is due to our 'Work hard, play eventually...' mentality. Most of us see the sunlight through our office window (if we are fortunate enough to have one). This can lead to increased feelings of stress and anxiety! Yikes!
